We have an opening for an experienced RN to perform hospice visits Mon-Fri from 9:00am - 5:00pm (or similar); specifically in South Milwaukee and Racine Counties. Horizon is ideal for the meticulously organized nurse who likes to work independently and has good critical thinking skills (and sense of direction!). Must be adaptable, personable, and dependable.
Requires a degree from an accredited school of nursing (BSN strongly preferred), a valid WI RN license and 1-2 years of relevant experience. HPNA certification strongly preferred. Because this position travels throughout SE Wisconsin you must have a valid WI drivers license and auto insurance.
