Our inter-disciplinary Hospice team provides the full spectrum of care for our Hospice patients and offers multiple levels of support for their loved ones. From our free Grief Resource Center to our award-winning Virtual Hospice at Froedtert, to our many hospice enhancement (massage therapy, pet therapy, music therapy, spiritual guidance, etc.), we tirelessly strive to create the most positive hospice experience possible.
Horizon's Inpatient Hospice facilities - Lawlis Family Hospice, located on the serene Columbia St. Mary’s Ozaukee Campus and Kathy's Hospice, located in the rolling hills of the Froedtert St. Joseph's West Bend campus practice Horizon's hospice philosophy of celebrating the human spirit and providing quality and compassion care to our patients and their families. We are currently seeking experienced, passionate RN’s like yourself to provide top-notch care to on-site hospice patients during this difficult time in their lives. We are seeking individuals interested in POOL opportunities on all shifts (including every other weekend and holiday rotation). Be advised, that while this opportunity is a pool position, you must be available for 3+ weeks and several additional days of Monday-Friday, 1st shift orientation.
Position requires a valid WI RN License and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Prior Hospice experience and BSN preferred.
