Our rehabilitation family consists of the very best physical therapists, speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapy assistants, occupational therapy assistants and support staff. As a physical therapist at Horizon Home Care and Hospice you will be part of an interdisciplinary team to provide evaluation and therapy services to home clients who require skilled intervention to restore function and prevent disability following disease, illness, injury, or loss of a body part.
Horizon is expanding our service area and therefore we have immediate opportunities available within Racine and Kenosha County. We are currently seeking a Full-Time, 1st Shift Physical Therapist with NO On-call and NO Weekends!
Qualifications include a current PT license to practice in Wisconsin and at least 1 year of Clinical experience in Physical Therapy (home care setting preferred).
