.4FTE will include a combination of regularly scheduled weekend hours and weekday hours.  needs high level of organizational, critical thinking, problem solving and customer service skills.  Previous home care or hospice experience preferred.  Experience with Epic or other electronic health record systems desirable.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of office experience
  • Familiar with MS Office and Medical Terminology
  • Superb communication, organization, prioritization and customer relation skills
  • Current/Valid WI Drivers License; plus reliable/insured vehicle
1 weekday (8am-4:30pm) + every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday 8am-4:30pm)
