Float Scheduler / Home Health Aide Coordinator (Full-Time)

Our Full-Time, 1st Shift Float Home Health Aide Coordinator must be a strong leader, highly organized, and committed to superior customer service. The responsibilities of the Float Home Health Aide Coordinator are to assist with coordinating all Home Health Aide scheduling and to perform office functions to ensure efficient communication and paperwork flow between all teams.
We want to ensure that our staff are confident in their role to work independently and make a positive impact within our agency. Therefore, to ensure thorough training and orientation into this vital role we expect this individual to be available 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday-Friday upon hire. After successful completion of required training/orientation, this role will transition to its long-term schedule of 6:00am – 2:30pm Monday – Friday with an on-call rotation. This idealschedule is perfect for someone looking to go back to school or to have your afternoons and evenings free for family commitments. This position is centrally located at our Park Place corporate headquarters in Milwaukee, WI.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor degree preferred. The ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work under stress are required. Excellent computer and phone etiquette along with interpersonal skills are a must.
