The Director of Clinical Excellence provides strategic leadership for clinical quality, education, competency management, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement. This role leads the Agency’s QAPI program, monitors clinical outcomes, drives improvement initiatives, oversees survey readiness, and collaborates with clinical and operational leaders to promote safe, evidence-based care. The director also supervises education and quality staff and supports strategic planning.

• Qualified candidates must hold a Wisconsin RN license,

    • and have at least five years of healthcare leadership experience.
