Our interdisciplinary team is focused on providing the full spectrum of care for our Hospice patients. And that is why we offer compassionate and top-notch hospice care through our Hospice Inpatient Units.
Kathy's Hospice, which is nestled in the rolling hills of Washington County on the campus of St. Joseph's Hospice in West Bend. Lawlis Hospice, which is located at Columbia St. Mary's Ozaukee Campus in Mequon. These peaceful, home-like environments allow our caregivers to provide compassionate care and comfort to our patients and their families during this difficult time.
We are offering pool opportunities on all shift available.
We are looking for kind, compassionate CNAs that are team players. Exceptional reliability is required, as well as a genuine passion for caring for patient at end of life and their families. Beyond a positive attitude and a desire to truly make a difference in someone's life, you must hold a valid Wisconsin CNA license, valid WI drivers license, and a reliable, insured automobile.
