Team Assistant/PB Scheduler
Horizon Home Care and Hospice, located in Milwaukee, WI, has a full-time office position at our busy corporate headquarters. The Team Assistant/PB Scheduler for the Home Care team is responsible for scheduling , departmental payroll, tracking data, generating accurate & timely reports, coordinating communications, and other administrative tasks. Prior experience as a Phlebotomist is a must!

Our Phlebotomy Scheduler must be a strong leader, highly organized, and committed to superior customer service. The responsibilities of the Scheduler are to coordinate all Phlebotomy scheduling and to perform office functions to ensure efficient communication and paperwork flow.
Qualifications for the role include a high school diploma (or equivalent), training in a formal phlebotomy program and phlebotomist experience. Knowledge of McKesson, Clinical Explorer and Outlook preferred.
