Scheduler / Home Health Aide Coordinator - Hospice, 2nd Shift

Our Hospice Scheduler / Home Health Aide Coordinator must be a strong leader, highly organized, and committed to superior customer service. The responsibilities of the Scheduler / Home Health Aide Coordinator are to coordinate all Hospice CNA / Home Health Aide scheduling and to perform office functions to ensure efficient communication and paperwork flow.
Need your mornings free for family or other responsibilities? This full-time position works from 2:30pm-11pm Monday- Friday at our Park Place corporate headquarters. Must also be available for a 24/7 On Call rotation. Excellent benefits package also included!
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelors degree preferred. The ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work under stress are required. Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficency in McKesson preferred and phone etiquette along with interpersonal skills are a must.
