Due to our phenomenal growth, Horizon Home Care and Hospice, based in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking an expert Psych RN to join our Home Care team. As part of an interdisciplinary approach, you case manage patients right in the comfort of their home in a one-on-one setting. Our RNs experience autonomy, independence and continuity of care.
First shift Monday-Friday. No nights or weekends. No on-call. Qualifications for the role include: BSN degree from an accredited School of Nursing, plus related certification preferred, current RN license in the state of Wisconsin. Position also requires 1+ year of recent nursing experience in an acute treatment unit within a psychiatric hospital, psychiatric home care, psych partial hospitalization program, or other outpatient psych setting. Organizational and time management skills and valid WI driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
