Horizon's philosophy is to bring a positive hospice experience to every patient and family. This is your opportunity to contribute to that goal.
During the critical end of life period, many of our hospice patients choose to spend that time in the comfort of their own homes. When the patient or family has concerns after hours, it is the Triage RN who is that reassuring voice, answering questions, educating, and sending out a Visit RN when needed. Work largely with hospice patients, but help out with home care as well.
The Triage RN fields inbound calls from our Milwaukee Park Place corporate office 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday. No additional On Call or Weekends required. This is a great job if you need your days free for family, schooling, or other employment. Did we mention eligible for Health & Dental insurance, Retirement Savings with employer match, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Time Off, free Fitness Center and more?
