We are the largest hospice provider and second largest home care provider in Greater Milwaukee. This newly created position has the opportunity to build a new HR process from the ground level while bringing a fresh perspective to the HR team. This challenges us to find an experienced, full-time HR professional with the knowledge, vision, and creativity to take our recruitment sourcing strategies and execution to the next level.

The HR Recruiter/Sourcing Coordinator will develop and implement a proactive, innovative and dynamic sourcing strategy for forecasted and un-forecasted staffing demands. Creatively sources, assesses and selects qualified applicants to be referred as candidates for open positions. Researches, networks, builds relationships and cultivates talent pipeline for hard-to-fill positions. Supports building of strong employer brand to attract and recruit diverse top talent and be responsible for creating a positive candidate experience. Anticipates industry trends and utilizes labor market information to ensure best-in-class candidate sourcing.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, plus at least 3 years of related experience.
