Do you have what it takes to be the face and voice of Horizon? Our front desk receptionist is the first point of contact for all visitors and phone calls. It is essential that this individual exude polish, professionalism, and warmth.The Receptionist covers a fast-pacedphone systemwhile demonstrating composure and sensitivity (even during the most frazzling of times!) throughout interactions with a variety of individuals. You will also be responsible for greeting Agency guests, processing mail, and assisting in a variety of clerical projects.
This is more than sitting by the phone. Our Receptionist is a master multi-tasker who covers a multitude of clerical projects. This is an opportunity to wear your sharpest businessattire and truly shine in a highly visible, central role. Theschedule for this position is Monday-Friday 7am-12:30pm (non-negotiable), yet you are still eligible for many benefits including Health, Dental, and Vision insurance; Retirement Savings Plan with Employer Match; and afree On-campus fitness center.
Minimum qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent + at least one yearof receptionist experience desired. Must be computer proficient with advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
