Horizon Home Care and Hospice, located in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a behind-the-scenes multi-task master who thrives on independence and self-direction.

Our Full-Time, First-Shift Home Health Aide Coordinator must be a strong leader, highly organized, and committed to superior customer service. The responsibilities of the Home Health Aide Coordinator are to assist with coordinating all Home Health Aide scheduling and to perform office functions to ensure efficient communication and paperwork flow between all teams. This Monday-Friday position also requires an on-call rotation as needed on the weekends.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor degree preferred. Previous scheduling experience is a must! The ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work under stress are required. Excellent computer and phone etiquette along with interpersonal skills are amust.
