2nd shift Clinical Team Coordinator - Home Care
Do you have a positive attitude and can rise to the occasion in a challenging situation? Need your mornings free for family or other responsibilities? This full-time position works from 2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday- Friday at our Park Place corporate headquarters.
We need our Coordinator to ensure efficient operation of our fast-paced home care team. That means you support our hard-working nurses and therapist to provide customer service to our valued patients and families.
This important role efficiently coordinates the daily functions of our clinical team and assures effective staffing of our home care clients. Represent Horizon to external customers and act as a resource for field staff. Sometimes you're a traffic director, a cheerleader, a drill sergeant, or a computer data entry whiz. Outstanding organization, customer service, and computer skills are essential!
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor degree preferred. The ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work under stress are required. Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous scheduling and McKesson experience preferred. Phone etiquette along with interpersonal skills are a must.
