Do you offer CNA Training?
No, we do not. If you are interested in obtaining your CNA license, we recommend you contact Quality Healthcare Options at (414) 475-7337.
Do you have to be a Certified Nursing Assistant to work at Horizon as a Home Health Aide?
In order to be a qualified Home Health Aide, you must have a valid Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant license. However, we often have other positions, such as Homemaker Companion, that do not require certification. Please click on EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES for a complete list of current openings, including brief descriptions and qualification requirements.
Are you accepting new Personal Care Worker clients?
Yes. You may contact Lauri at (414) 586-6230 to learn more about the PCW program. Please be advised that all PCW applicants must already have an eligible client that you have been caring for. We are not accepting applications for PCWs without current clients.
How do I apply? Can I come in to fill out an application?
You can apply online by visiting our EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES page and selecting the position that you are interested in applying for. After reviewing the position description, click on APPLY NOW to begin the application.
If you prefer, you can come to our corporate headquarters to use a computer in Human Resources. Please be aware that you must have an email address in order to submit an application. We do not accept written applications; you must complete the online process to be considered for a position.
