Do you offer CNA Training?
No, we do not. If you are interested in obtaining your CNA license, we recommend you contact Quality Healthcare Options at (414) 475-7337 or visit The Wisconsin Department of Health Services to view all of the approved Nurse Aide Programs in Wisconsin.

Do you have to be a Certified Nursing Assistant to work at Horizon as a Home Health Aide?
In order to be a qualified Home Health Aide, you must have a valid Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant license. However, we often have other positions, such as Homemaker Companion, that do not require certification. Please click on EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES for a complete list of current openings, including brief descriptions and qualification requirements.

Are you accepting new Personal Care Worker clients?
Yes. Please contact our main phone number at: 414-365-8300 and ask to speak to a representative from our Personal Care Worker (PCW) Program. Please be advised that all PCW applicants must already have an eligible client that you have been caring for. We are not accepting applications for PCWs without current clients.

How do I apply?
Apply online by visiting our EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES page and selecting the position that you are interested in applying for. After reviewing the position description, click on APPLY NOW to begin the application. Please be aware that you must have an email address in order to submit an application. We do not accept written applications; you must complete the online process to be considered for a position.
